How to Study more than 10 hours a day?

Studying more than 10 hours a day takes commitment and few more tips. Want to gather more information? Hop right into this one.

Hello people, Dhruv this side...

Daily motivation - "It is always impossible                                        until its done."

I'm currently a class 12th student preparing for NEET and the board exams too ofc. I am not too great in studies. I got 95.6% in Class 10th and got few Olympiad medals...

This Corona situation has changed what "Normal" was few months back. Stuck in quarantine, We students hace faced a serious challenge. Challenge that are we ready to utilize this Gold-mine of time or Wasting it for watching couple of Netflix shows.

During the first few weeks of quarantine, I was officially a Netflix addict. I had watched Stranger Things, Vikings, Bird box, 13 reasons why, The Walking Dead etc...But now I'm studying 12hrs a day, utilizing the time to the fullest...

Here are some of the tips I do to keep myself studying like this...

(1)Acknowledge the challenge  -

Just realize something, lakhs of students are going through the cycle as you are. I don't believe someone is special. But I believe it all depends on Hard work. The person willing to fight(study) till the Success kisses his/her feet, is gonna win, No doubts, No buts...
If you study and grinds while the others are chilling out, believe me, on the other side of struggle is a bliss...

(2)Knowing your priorities-

2 years ...That all this takes. This 2 years will shape your life ahead. Let me suggest something, once this exam gets over you can sit all day long and play pubg and watch movies...but if you do that now, you are gonna regret it for the rest of your life...

(3) Studying in sessions, not at a stretch-

If you plan on studying for 9 hours, do it in 3 3hrs sessions/sittings, instead of stretching for 4-5 hours on a go. If you believe your body is a machine, you need to give it "breaks". Your body needs rest to gear up for the next sitting.

(4) Dealing the "breaks" you take-

Taking 1-2hour breaks seems logical, practical and even essential to me. In the end, your Input-Output ratio(effectiveness) is what that matters, not exactly how much hours you are sitting to study. And to ensure this effectiveness, you need to use the breaks effectively.
  • Hobbies
  • Music
  • Talk to someone positive
  • Stand up comedy
  • Gym workout

(5) It starts the night before-

In crisp, Plan the next day just before sleeping. Preferably, write it down with a proper time table. This will force you to think that you expect yourself to complete the tasks. It is a minimal step, I think this 5 minute investment will do you wonders...

Bonus tip - Sleep is the underrated Gamechanger
