Study Breaks - What, Why, When and How What is a Study Break? Why is a Study Break important? What to do in a Study break? How long should be my study break? If at least one of these questions ever came in your mind, you are at the correct place. Sit back, and hop right into this. What is a Study Break?  As the name suggests, Study Break refers to the phenomenon of withdrawing one's personal attention from his/her educational syllabus.  Or, in simple words, it is taking breaks from studies.(lol) It is a short time period (usually between two long study breaks) where you can relax/chill out and prevent mental exhaustion or 'burnout'. Why should I take Study Breaks? To prevent mental exhaustion and total burnouts. I experienced first hand how NOT taking any breaks at work hurt my productivity. I was working long days, non-stop. But when I looked at what I actually got done… The effort and time I put in didn’t seem to justify the work I got done. Why was I so “unproductive”? A

Improving Concentration Levels Exponentially Most of the time, when students like me, sit down to study for 6 Hours + in a day but realize later that they got less output as we planned. Sounds familiar? Hop right into it. Daily Motivation - " Tragedy comes to those, who have the personality to overcome it ." This Corona situation has changed what "Normal" was few months back. Stuck in quarantine, We students hace faced a serious challenge. Challenge that are we ready to utilize this Gold-mine of time or Wasting it for watching couple of Netflix shows. I'm guilty for this one, and committed this mistake a lot of times. But now I have deleted all the distractions - Netflix, PUBG etc.  Daily Motivation - "There are no elevators to the t op, you gotta take the stairs." Step-By-Step Guide on:- How to STOP PROCRASTINATING. According to Google, Procrastination  is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished by a certain deadline. It could be further stated as a habitual or intentional delay of starting or finishing a task despite knowing it might have negative consequences . Why do we procrastinate? Simple answer -Short Term Pleasure. Scientific answer - Distractions like video games, web series, scrolling IG, porn, YouTube, etc causes the release pleasure hormone - Dopamine in our body. Our body likes Dopamine. More , the Better. This unhealthy lifestyle is filled with high-Dopamine levels. High Dopamine wouldn't have been a problem, if it didn't play with our Willpower for the Long-term pleasures.

I had watched Stranger Things, Vikings, Bird box, 13 reasons why, The Walking Dead etc...But now I'm studying 12hrs a day, utilizing the time to the fullest... Here are som
