Late Nights or Early Mornings?!

Late nights or Early Mornings?

Do you ever wonder which one is better for you to study in? Day or night? Sounds interesting? So, let's hop right into it.

Hello learners, Dhruv this side.

Daily motivation - 'Work in silence, Let                                                 your marks make the                                             noice"

I'm currently a class 12th student preparing for NEET and the board exams too ofc. I am not too great in studies. I got 95.6% in Class 10th and got few Olympiad medals...

This Corona situation has changed what "Normal" was few months back. Stuck in quarantine, We students hace faced a serious challenge. Challenge that are we ready to utilize this Gold-mine of time or Wasting it for watching couple of Netflix shows.

Okay, So today we have a debatable Topic in front of us. Trust me, there is a lot of research going into this one.

Day Vs Night Study

Early Birds

I'm a preacher of this one because of many reasons, few being:-
  • Natural Sleep Cycle maintained.
  • We feel more refreshing in the early morning than at night.
  • There is no one to disturb you.
  • You get a headstart over your competitors.

Day study

Night Owls

According to a local survey, 63% students like us find it better to study at night. I used to be one hell of a night owl but switched to Dayers because of Headaches.
  • No distractions
  • Finding it tough to wake up early.
  • Peaceful environment.

Night Study

Conclusion -The Endgame

So, we know the pros and cons of both of them. What now? Who wins? Let's call it a draw. Because there is no perfect thing to follow. What works for me might not work for you.
I'll suggest if you are still unsure, EXPERIMENT with your timetable for a month yourself because no one can tell you what's best for you...

  • Bonus Tip for waking up Early - Put 3 different alarms for the time you wanna wake up with the difference of only 5mins. KEEP THE PHONE AWAY FROM THE BED. This will force you to get up from the bed. And keep a bottle of water there. As soon as you turn the alarm off, Drink the water.

Thats it for today guys, if you liked the efforts on "Late nights or Early mornings?!"   I'm putting in do SHARE and COMMENT.
Peace out
